Before your first visit to our practice, please look around our website. You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. You’ll also meet our committed staff.

 

What To Expect

At your initial visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor and your hygienist. You can expect a full comprehensive exam of your teeth and oral tissues, including screenings for cancer and gum disease.  X-rays will also be taken to check for decay and bone loss.  If a routine cleaning is appropriate, that will be done also.

Please come early to your first appointment to allow time for paperwork. We will have you fill out a registration/medical history form and HIPPA forms.  This paperwork can also be mailed to you, allowing you to have it filled out ahead of time.
